Lenten pasta salad

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Preserve in fridge at least 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams thin macaroni, boiled al dente
  • 1 garlic clove, mashed
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • Some sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 2 spoons mustard
  • Olives for dressing
  • 100 grams capers
  • Some drops of tabasco sauce
