Lenten cookies with white wine

Directions

  1. Mix in a bowl the oil with the wine.
  2. Add the sugar, the salt and the baking powder.
  3. Finally add the flour and mix well to make a soft dough.
  4. Mould the dough and make small cookies.
  5. Pour drops of water into the cookies and coat them with the sesame seeds.
  6. Bake in 170 – 180 C for 15 – 20 min and they take a rose color.

Ingredients

  • 180 gr extra virgin olive oil
  • 180 gr dry white wine
  • 400 gr soft flour
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tea cup sesame seeds
