Fried sole with white ouzo sauce
Directions
- Salt and pepper the fillets on both sides.
- Coat with flour and fry on both sides for 3 minutes until the fillets become crusty. Use only one spoon of oil or butter.
- Dissolve the mayonnaise in water and pour it over the fillets.
- Add ouzo, lemon juice and dill and let the sauce unify for 2-3 minutes in low heat.
- Serve warm with boiled vegetables.

- 4 sole fillets
- 1 spoon of butter or oil for frying
- Flour for coating
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 spoons of finely cut dill
- 4 spoons of ouzo
- 50 grams of mayonnaise (home or ready made)
- 10 spoons of water
