Directions

  1. Wash the liver very well and cut it in small stripes.
  2. Season the liver pieces with salt and pepper and coat them with the flour.
  3. Fry them in the olive oil over medium heat. Remove from heat and season with the oregano.
  4. Pour lemon juice.
