Directions

  1. Wash the fish well. You do not need to clean them. Salt the fish.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Coat the fish with flour and fry them until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Alevin fish
  • Flour for coating
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying
