Crayfish with lemon – oil sauce
Directions
- Wash crayfish and boil in salted water for half an hour.
- Mix olive oil with lemon juice.
- Strain crayfish and pour the lemon – oil sauce over them.
- Add salt and pepper for taste.
- Serve warm.
