Cauliflower in egg & lemon sauce

Directions

  1. Seperate the flowers, wash them and brown them in oil. Add enough water to cover,salt and pepper and cook the cauliflower.
  2. Remove from the fire. Beat the eggs with the lemon juice and add a little of the liquid. Return to the pot and mix.

  • 1 cauliflower
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • Juice of 2 lemons
