Cauliflower in egg & lemon sauce
Directions
- Seperate the flowers, wash them and brown them in oil. Add enough water to cover,salt and pepper and cook the cauliflower.
- Remove from the fire. Beat the eggs with the lemon juice and add a little of the liquid. Return to the pot and mix.

- 1 cauliflower
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 eggs
- Juice of 2 lemons
