Giant black beans salad from Prespes
With this recipe we try to demonstrate how to make a black beans salad that we tried in Prespes district in North Greece. The nice tavern that we tasted this salad was in village Oksia – Mikrolimni (Οξιά – Μικρολίμνη).
Beetroot and yogurt dip
This dip combines perfectly the taste of beetroots and greek yogurt. The strained yogurt’s texture and taste is ideal for making dips. Garlic matches perfectly as well. You can use nuts as well. Can be served as dip, salad or appetizer.
Green salad with dried figs, mandarine and yogurt
A nice mixture of fruits and vegetables together with greek yogurt.
