Boiled eggs in lemon oil sauce
Directions
- Mix the oil, the lemon juice and the mustard in a bowl.
- Let the eggs cool, after boiling, and cut each one in 4 pieces.
- Place them in a plate.
- Add salt and pepper and pour over the dressing.
