Baked rice milk pudding

Directions

  1. Bring rice to a boil and then strain it.
  2. Mix sugar and vanilla with milk and bring to boil.
  3. Then pour rice into milk and mix well.
  4. Empty the saucepan into a heat proof pot and bake for 1 hour in 200 C.
  5. During baking you should break the brown crust that will be created on the top of the pudding.
  6. Serve warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 lt milk
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 200 grams rice
  • Some vanilla powder
