Baked rice milk pudding
Directions
- Bring rice to a boil and then strain it.
- Mix sugar and vanilla with milk and bring to boil.
- Then pour rice into milk and mix well.
- Empty the saucepan into a heat proof pot and bake for 1 hour in 200 C.
- During baking you should break the brown crust that will be created on the top of the pudding.
- Serve warm or cold.

- 1 lt milk
- 100 grams sugar
- 200 grams rice
- Some vanilla powder
