Crayfish with lemon – oil sauce

Directions

  1. Wash crayfish and boil in salted water for half an hour.
  2. Mix olive oil with lemon juice.
  3. Strain crayfish and pour the lemon – oil sauce over them.
  4. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  5. Serve warm.

  • 500 gr crayfish
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Salt
