Yogurt fritters

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough well.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and fry in plenty of oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1,5 tspn soda powder
  • Juice of half lemon
  • Oil for frying
