Directions
- Rinse the olives and score along side each one with a knife.
- Place them in a bowl.
- Crush the coriander seeds and add them into the bowl.
- Add garlic and the lemon juice.
- Pour olive oil into the bowl to reach the half way line.
- Mix well.
- Let the olives marinate overnight.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg green olives
- 15 gr coriander seeds
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- Olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
