Boiled eggs in lemon oil sauce

Directions

  1. Mix the oil, the lemon juice and the mustard in a bowl.
  2. Let the eggs cool, after boiling, and cut each one in 4 pieces.
  3. Place them in a plate.
  4. Add salt and pepper and pour over the dressing.

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt
