Lenten cookies with white wine
Directions
- Mix in a bowl the oil with the wine.
- Add the sugar, the salt and the baking powder.
- Finally add the flour and mix well to make a soft dough.
- Mould the dough and make small cookies.
- Pour drops of water into the cookies and coat them with the sesame seeds.
- Bake in 170 – 180 C for 15 – 20 min and they take a rose color.
Ingredients
- 180 gr extra virgin olive oil
- 180 gr dry white wine
- 400 gr soft flour
- 1 tspn baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tea cup sesame seeds
