Villager's pie from Epirous
Directions
- Grate the cheese and place it in a big bowl. Beat the eggs with some salt and pepper, mix with the milk and add the mixture in the bowl. Add flour, some extra salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well.
- Baste a medium size baking pan, spread some flour into the pan’a surface and then spread the mixture. Bake in preheated oven (200 C) for about an hour.

- 375 gr self – raising flour
- 1 lt fresh milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 kg feta cheese
- Oil for basting the pan
- Salt
- Pepper
