Directions

  1. Beat in a bowl the eggs and mix with some pepper.
  2. Add the mussels and mix well with your hands.
  3. Add some flour into the mixture to cover the mussels.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the mussels until lightly brown.
  5. Remove from frying pan, use an absorbing kitchen towel in a plate to absorb the oil and serve with slices of lemon.

  • 1 kg mussels, cleaned
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Lemons for serving
