Directions

  1. Wash the fish well. You do not need to clean them.
  2. Salt the fish.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Coat the fish with flour and fry them until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot.

Serves 4 persons as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg whitebait
  • Flour for coating
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying
