Directions
- Cut then meat in cubes.
- Mix the tomato paste with water and oil.
- Place the meat in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Place the meat in a crock pot.
- Pour over the tomato paste mix and bake in 180 C for 1 hour. Stir at regular intervals.
- Serve with fried or baked potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 kg ostrich goulas or steak
- 1 medium onion, sliced thinly
- 2 – 3 garlic cloves
- 1 green pepper, cut in stripes
- Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 spoon tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil or butter
- Salt
- Pepper
