Salad
Directions
- Mash the garlic with a mortar and pestle, add herbs and grind.*
- Rinse sides with vinegar and whisk in oil.
- Arrange salad on plates and dress.
*(If you don’t have a mortar and pestle, mince garlic VERY finely and rub herbs between your hands.)
