Fresh mushrooms

Directions

  1. Add the olive oil, the tomato paste and the wine into a saucepan.
  2. Stir and heat in low temperature.
  3. Rinse and slice the mushrooms.
  4. Chop the onions.
  5. Place the onions and the mushrooms into the saucepan together with salt, pepper, oregano and dill.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes and serve warm.

  • 500 gr fresh mushrooms
  • 300 gr onions
  • 250 grams dry white wine
  • Dill
  • Oregano
  • 1 tspn tomato paste
  • 4 tspn olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
