Directions

  1. Cut the meat into large pieces and put it in a pan with lid .
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover with the lid .
  3. Put it in a low – heated oven and bake for several hours.

  • 1 big lamb leg
  • some eggplants cut in pieces
  • beans
  • green peppers
  • tomatoes sliced
  • butter
  • salt- pepper
  • cumin
