Directions
- Wash the meat and cut it into pieces.
- Add it in a saucepan and bring into boil by adding 1 lt of water.
- Skim when it starts to foam.
- Simmer for 1,5 hour until meat becomes tender.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper and all the vegetables, which are cut in pieces.
- When vegetables are ready (i.e pinched easily with a fork) remove from heat.
- Serve in each plate pieces of meat with vegetables with plenty of stock. You can pour some lemon juice if you like.

- 1 kg beef, cut in pieces
- 4 carrots
- 4 medium potatoes, cut in cubes
- 4 celery stalks
- 2 onions, quartered each one
- 100ml olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
