Fried sole

Directions

  1. Remove the skin from the sole fillets.
  2. Wash, salt and pepper the fillets.
  3. Marinate for one hour in a milk and lemon mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  5. Coat the fillets in flour and fry on both sides until the become golden brown.
  6. Server warm. Accompany with fried potatoes or boiled vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 sole fillets
  • 1 cup milk
  • Juice of two lemons
  • Flour for coating
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
