Directions
- Remove the skin from the sole fillets.
- Wash, salt and pepper the fillets.
- Marinate for one hour in a milk and lemon mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- Coat the fillets in flour and fry on both sides until the become golden brown.
- Server warm. Accompany with fried potatoes or boiled vegetables.

- 4 sole fillets
- 1 cup milk
- Juice of two lemons
- Flour for coating
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
