Grilled mushrooms

Grilled mushrooms in garlic oil sauce

Directions

  1. Rinse the mushrooms and drain.
  2. Mix garlic and onion with olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Add thyme, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the pleurotus for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill, douse with the garlic oil mix and sprinkle with parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl full of pleurotus mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tspn thyme
  • 1 spoon lemon juice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 spoons of finely chopped parsley
