Fried aubergines
Directions
- Wash the aubergines and cut them into thin slices of 1 cm wide.
- Salt them and dip them in the flour.
- Fry them in hot oil.
- Let them drain afterwards using an absorbing kitchen towel for this purpose.
- Serve warm.
