Traditional pie for Yiannena

Directions

  1. Heat milk and dissolve the yeast. Add beaten eggs, cheese and flour and empty the mixture into abbasted with oil baking pan.
  2. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg fresh milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 spoons flour
  • 1 sacket yeast
  • 1 cup grated feta cheese
  • Olive oil for basting the baking pan
