Spinach and Feta Salad


  1. Wash baby spinach.
  2. Add apples carrots and feta.
  3. Toss.
  4. Add the dressing.

Finally you have a healthy and fresh salad for lunch or as part of a meal.


  • 2 to 3 cups of baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup of apples cut in half, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup or more of feta cheese
  • desired amount of vinegrette dressing
