Ingredients

• 1 tin tuna fish
• 4 lettuce leaves, finely chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 diced cucumber, cut in slices
• 1 tomato, chopped
• Some Corn (from a tin or fresh), optional
• Juice of one lemon
• Oil
• Salt

Instructions

• Break up tuna fish and mix with lettuce, pepper, cucumber, tomato, corn, some oil and salt.
• Pour over lemon juice and serve.
