Ingredients

• 1 kg square noodles
• 1 teacup grated kefalotyri
• Include ingredients required for the tomato sauce recipe
• for ingredients
• 1 teacup butter
• Salt
• Pepper

Instructions

• Boil plenty of water in a large saucepan. Add salt. Add the square noodles and boil until cooked.
• Remove from saucepan and drain.
• Melt the butter and return the noodles in the saucepan. Mix well the butter with the noodles.
• Serve with tomato sauce and grated cheese.
