Ingredients

• 2 to 3 cups of baby spinach
• 1/2 cup of apples cut in half, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup carrots, grated
• 1/2 cup or more of feta cheese
• desired amount of vinegrette dressing

Instructions

• Wash baby spinach.
• Add apples carrots and feta.
• Toss.
• Add the dressing.
