Ingredients

• 2 boiled potatoes
• 1 tomato
• 1 green pepper
• 1 boiled egg
• 1 onion
• olives
• cucumber
• soft cheese(anthotyro)
• olive oil
• vinnegar
• oregano
• garlic

Instructions

• Boil the egg and the potatoes.
• When they are cold chop all the ingredients together and put olive oil ,vinegar, oregano and garlic.
