Ingredients

• 1 kg of meat (combine chicken and lamb) only used for taking the broth. If you already have it you do not need the meat.
• 1 kg rice
• 1 cup fresh goat’s butter
• 1 glass lemon juice
• Salt

Instructions

• Cook the meat and keep its broth (measure 3 cups of stock for each cup of rice).
• Cook the rice in the broth.
• When it is half cooked add the lemon juice.
• Remove from fire, melt the butter and pour it over the rice.
