Ingredients

• 4 large red mullets
• 2 spoons butter
• Salt
• Pepper
• Juice of 2 lemons

Instructions

• Clean the fish and scrape the scales.
• Salt and pepper the fish. Pour lemon juice over them and rub them with butter.
• Cut 4 aluminium foil pieces and place one fish on each piece.
• Wrap the pieces of aluminium, place them in a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
