Ingredients

• Spaghetti for two persons
• Garden rocket
• 2 garlic cloves
• Olive oil
• Salt, for boiling the spaghetti
• Parmesan cheese
• 3 - 4 small round tomatoes

Instructions

• Use a frying pan and heat the oil. Add the garlic, sliced in small pieces and the small tomatoes, cut each one in two pieces. Sauce for a while and then add half of the garden rocket. Mix well.
• In the meantime boil the spaghetti but not for much time (until they are 'al dente').
• Then add them in the frying pan and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
• Let them cook for a while, until they are soft, as much as desired.
• Then remove from heat, add some fresh garden rocket, pieces of parmesan cheese and mix well.
