Octopus with elbow macaroni

- Clean and wash the octopus. Cut in large pieces. Place it in a saucepan and boil it.
- Keep a cup of octopus stock and cut the octopus in small pieces.
- Mash the tomatoes.
- Empty the saucepan, saute the onions in the olive oil and add the tomatoes. Let the tomato sauce boil and add the octopus and the stock you have kept.
- Let the octopus boil and add the elbow macaroni. Add salt and pepper, 3 cups of water and stir regularly to avoid the macaroni sticking in the saucepan's surface.
- Simmer for at least 30 minutes and until all the water evaporates..
