Ingredients

• 3 – 4 medium tomatoes
• 1 onion, cut in long stripes
• 1 long red pepper, cut in rings
• 1 long green pepper, cut in rings
• Cucumber, cut in slices
• Olives
• Parsley
• Oregano
• Salt
• Olive oil

Instructions

• Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
• Sprinkle with olive oil and serve.
