Ingredients

• 1 lettuce, finely cut
• 1 medium cucumber, cut in thin slices
• 1 green pepper, cut in thin stripes
• Some sprigs of parsley, finely cut
• 3 tomatoes, peeled and cut in medium pieces
• Olive oil
• Vinegar
• Salt

Instructions

• Mix all vegetables in a salad bowl.
• Sprinkle with vinegar and oil.
• Season with salt and serve.
