Ingredients

• 1,5 kg goat
• 6 spring onions, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1,5 tea cup olive oil
• 2 spoons finely cut spearmint
• 2 bay leaves
• 4 carrots, finely cut
• Salt
• Pepper

Instructions

• Season the goat with salt and pepper.
• Place the goat into the clay pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
• Pour 5 glasses of water and let the goat cook for 2-3 hours in the oven (150-200 C).
