Fried sole with white ouzo sauce

- Salt and pepper the fillets on both sides.
- Coat with flour and fry on both sides for 3 minutes until the fillets become crusty. Use only one spoon of oil or butter.
- Dissolve the mayonnaise in water and pour it over the fillets.
- Add ouzo, lemon juice and dill and let the sauce unify for 2-3 minutes in low heat.
- Serve warm with boiled vegetables.
