Fried mussels

- Beat in a bowl the eggs and mix with some pepper.
- Add the mussels and mix well with your hands.
- Add some flour into the mixture to cover the mussels.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the mussels until lightly brown.
- Remove from frying pan, use an absorbing kitchen towel in a plate to absorb the oil and serve with slices of lemon.
