  • Cut the spring onions thinly.
  • Saute spring onions and cuttlefish in olive oil.
  • Finish with red wine.
  • Add the ink of two cuttlefish, dissolved in two cups of water.
  • Simmer until cuttlefish softens and sauce thickens.
  • Add pepper.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
