Ingredients

• 640 gr flour
• 320 gr butter
• 160 gr sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 3 - 4 spoons aniseed

Instructions

• Put the flour in a large bowl and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
• Knead well to make a soft dough.
• Shape cookies as desired and bake on a buttered baking dish for 20 min in 350 F.
