Beef slices with vegetables and Vinsanto wine from Santorini

- Heat olive oil in a big frying pan.
- Brown the beef slices on all sides.
- Finish browning with Vinsanto wine, cover the frying pan and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Dissolve honey into the meat's sauce and then pour carrots and mushrooms into the frying pan.
- Add salt and pepper, bring into boil and simmer until vegetables are cooked. Always keep the frying pan covered.
- Serve with thin spaghetti (meat and spaghetti mixed all together) or cook until most of the juice evaporates and sauce thickens and serve with mashed potatoes.
