Octopus balls

Directions

  1. Wash and boil the octopus.
  2. Place in the deep freeze for 2 hours and afterwards mince it.
  3. Mix the minced octopus with breadcrumb, salt and pepper, parsley and shape the mixture into balls.
  4. Fry until brown on all sides.

Ingredients

  • A whole octopus, or less, depending on the quantity of balls you wish to make
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Bread crumb
  • Parsley, finely chopped
