Macedonian Salad

Directions

  1. Wash all vegetables well.
  2. Cut the cabbage in thin stripes, the peppers in small pieces and grate the carrot. Finely chop the parsley and the celery.
  3. Place all ingredients in a big salad bowl
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt for taste mix well and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 white cabbage
  • 1/8 red cabbage
  • 1 long green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • Celery
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1 carrot
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
