Greek Yogurt with red peppers dip

Dip with Red Peppers from Florina and Greek Yogurt

Directions

  1. Strain the red peppers and blend mash them in a blender.
  2. Gradually add the garlic, the capers and the yogurt and mix with a wooden spoon.
  3. Serve with crisps, toasted bread or vegetables.

  • 300 grams strained yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 spoon capers
