Greek Yogurt Cake

Directions

  1. Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy and then add the eggs one-by-one, beating constantly.
  2. Next mix in the yogurt and sift the flour and baking powder. Continue to beat until the butter is fluid.
  3. Place the mixture in a buttered pan and bake in a medium oven for about an hour.

  • 2 teacups flour
  • 2 teacups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300gr (11 oz) yogurt made from cow’s milk
  • 250 gr (9 oz) butter
  • baking powder
