Greek Yogurt Cake
Directions
- Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy and then add the eggs one-by-one, beating constantly.
- Next mix in the yogurt and sift the flour and baking powder. Continue to beat until the butter is fluid.
- Place the mixture in a buttered pan and bake in a medium oven for about an hour.

- 250 gr (9 oz) butter
